<Syntax>

MASKR ( I [ , KIND ] )
I : Integer;
KIND : scalar Integer constant expression;
Result : Integer or Integer(Kind=KIND).

<Semantics>

The value of the result is an integer with the rightmost (least significant) I bits set to one and the rest zero; I must be greater than or equal to zero, and less than or equal to the number of bits in the result.
This is an elemental function; if I is an array the result is an array of the same shape, with the MASKR operation applied to each element of I.
